Terms and Conditions
Upon purchasing a tune, You agree to the terms and conditions by default. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions.
There are potential risks and dangers that are involved with engine management tuning. Engine management tuning is a test of the mechanical limits of your vehicle and can cause failure to components and may even cause bodily injuries/fatalities/emotional stress. MrBishiTuned will NOT be held responsible for any bodily injuries/fatalities/emotional trauma/stress on client’s mental or physical health and/or damage to vehicle caused by Engine Management Tuning. Any damages done before, during or after the vehicle is operated on, and calibrated, is in no way the fault of MrBishiTuned. Any damage done to your vehicle or personnel is the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner and insurer. MrBishiTuned will NOT be responsible for any tickets/summons issued by the police during Road/E-tuning.
Issues can arise during the tuning process that are beyond the control of the tuner. You should be aware of the potential risks involved in the tuning process and agree to waive any and all claims against MrBishiTuned. If the tune cannot be completed due to mechanical/electrical/compatibility issues, you will be rescheduled at a later date.
Please make sure that the car is boost leak tested, and that there are no leaks present in the system (such as boost, vacuum, exhaust or fuel leaks) before your tuning session begins.
Note: If mechanical issues are found due to boost, vacuum, exhaust leaks, fuel leaks and or any other issues while tuning and the tune cannot be completed then you have 30 days to fix your issues and finish the tune. If the issues are inside the motor (this is why a compression & leakdown test is recommended before the tuning process begins), then the 30 days can be extended by sending an email to me. Failure to do so can result in a minimum $150 re-tune fee.
